The location was amazing directly opposite the beach I could easily pop over for a swim. The rooftop pool area had several sun loungers. The staff were friendly and helpful especially the reception lady she.

The free breakfast was not great unless you like toast. My room overlooked other windows, so I had little privacy unless I kept the curtains shut. The room lacked enough accessible sockets near the bed I had to get out of bed to turn off the lights.

The room was very clean. Beds were comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast selection had a good variety. The food was replenished regularly as items were taken.

The staff was not helpful. I asked to leave my door key but staff refused because of taking responsibility. The air conditioning was not working.

my room had a great ocean view balcony and comfortable bed. the breakfast buffet offered something different each morning. i liked the omelette station.

the shower in my room flooded the bathroom when on full. i told reception twice but they only mopped the floor without addressing the drain issue. the hotel could benefit from soundproofing.

Excellent Beachfront Stay

The rooftop pool was lovely. I especially enjoyed the amazing views from up there. It is right on the beach, so access was very easy. The beds were nice and comfy. The room was spacious. I was very charmed with the breakfast buffet. The receptionist was friendly, and it made everything so much easier. The location is great, right in front of the beach and within walkable distance from the city centre.

The shower could flood the bathroom if you put it on full. I had to have a trickle to stop the issue. (I told reception twice.)
